Beads are made from real olive wood and exude the perfume of that ancient tree.

The “Our Father” beads appear in the form of an acorn, the seed of the oak tree.

The central medallion of the rosary shows, on one face, the image of the dancing sun, the miracle which attended Mary’s final apparition at Fatima, with her immaculate heart at its center. On the other face appears the statue of Our Lady of Fatima atop the Dome Basilica of the Shrine.

The remarkable crucifix helps us to grasp the meaning of the Fatima message and its challenge to us; the three vertical timbers of the cross remind us of the virtues of Faith, Hope, and Love; the three horizontal timbers of the cross call to mind Mary’s plea to us at Fatima: prayer, penance, and conversion.
